The captain’s guide
to Gudvangen
Gudvangen, Torill and Olav Hylland’s kingdom together with Gudvangen Fjordtell, which is more than a transit point for busy tourists on a fjord trip. Olav is a chef by profession and otherwise eager for Viking traditions and serves very good food. Take the time to sit down and enjoy what they have to offer, and a visit to the Viking town directly across the wooden bridge is of course mandatory.
